What fliers can be posted on the SCV Central Office events page?

Fliers that may be posted include A.A.-related events such as speakers or recovery meetings, District 7 or its service committees, A.A. groups in District 7, Area 93 General Service, any General Service-related event, any local A.A. clubhouse event open to anyone, AAWS and GSO items, and Central Office Intergroup items. Al-Anon Family Group fliers may be posted only with the title "In the Spirit of Cooperation and Not Affiliation."

What fliers are not posted on the events page?

We do not post any flier using the words "fundraiser" or "donation," non-A.A. events, fliers that could imply endorsement or affiliation with an outside entity, fliers that show an A.A. member's full name or photograph, or fellowship-only events that do not include an A.A. meeting, workshop, presentation, or speaker.

Q: Are weekly meetings listed as events?

No. Meetings listed in the Meeting Guide are not listed in Events. Meetings are defined as recurring weekly at the same address. A meeting that occurs or recurs on a non-weekly schedule can be listed as an event. Meetings in the Meeting Guide cannot use flyers or graphics.
