Events

If you would like to submit your items to SCV Central Office and District 7 to review, please send your flier or announcement

Fliers that may be posted on the events page:

• AA-related, including speakers or recovery meeting
• District 7 or their Service Committees
• AA Groups in District 7 
• Area 93 General Service
• Any Event that is a General Service-related event
• Any local AA clubhouse event that is open to anyone
• AAWS/GSO Items
• Central Office Intergroup
• Al-Anon Family groups fliers may be posted only with the following title: “In the Spirit of Cooperation and Not Affiliation”

Fliers/Events that DO NOT get posted:

• Any flier using the words “fundraiser” or “donation.”
• Non-AA events
• Fliers that could imply endorsement or affiliation with an outside entity.
• Fliers that have an A.A. member’s full name or photograph.
• Fellowship-only events that do not include an A.A. meeting, workshop, presentation, or speaker

Meetings

Meetings that are listed in the Meeting Guide will not be listed in Events. Meetings are defined as recurring weekly at the same address. A meeting that occurs or recurs on a non-weekly schedule can be listed as an event.

Meeting in the Meeting Guide cannot use flyers or graphics.
